* Tentative schedule. Nocturnal Nature & Astronomy are evening classes. ** All other classes begin at 9:00 a.m.. All participants should arrive 15 minutes before each class begins to retrieve your name badge, sign the attendance sheet, and receive announcements.

After a three-month hiatus, the Tennessee Naturalist Program will resume classes this month. All 2020 Cedars of Lebanon TNP participants will be notified via email before each class. Due to the ongoing risk associated with the COVID19 coronavirus, students must wear a mask during class and when interacting with others during fieldwork. In addition, all participants are expected to observe social and physical distancing guidelines as prescribed by the CDC. Class locations are varied, but will allow for physical distancing guidelines to be met.
Native Plant Sale Saturday, 6 June 2020 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM Shelter 4 @ Cedars of Lebanon State Park
A native plant sale will be held by Friends of Cedars of Lebanon State Park on Saturday, June 6th from 9 am-2 pm at Cedars of Lebanon State Park, Shelter 4. Over fifty species of native plants, including wild flowers and some understory trees, will be offered, many of which are featured in the Butterfly and Native Plant Garden located behind the Dixon Merritt Nature Center. New offerings this year include: Iron Weed, Larkspur, Golden Rod and Aster. Offerings include:
