WE NEED YOU at Cedars of Lebanon State Park on Saturday,  4 March 2017. That’s the day volunteers from across the state  gather to help eradicate invasive plants in public spaces. Join the Park Rangers at 9:00 am to 1:00 pm to help remove invasive exotic plants.

Tennessee Promise Scholars are welcome!

Meet at the Nature Center at 9:00 am, and please wear clothing & shoes that you don’t mind getting dirty. We will be pulling and cutting plants in wooded or undeveloped areas. You can also bring gloves if you have them. Water and snacks will be provided by the Friends of Cedars of Lebanon State Park.
