The Friends of Cedars of Lebanon State Park are thrilled to be a part of the 12th Annual Cedars Of Lebanon Triathlon on Saturday, 27 August 2016.

In years past the Cedars of Lebanon Triathlon has taken place in May, but this year Team Magic is trying something new.

Beginning at 6:00 AM on Saturday morning, 27 August 2016 hundreds of triathletes will converge upon Cedars of Lebanon State Park for a swim, a bike ride and a run. Sounds easy enough  doesn’t it? It ain’t. It’s a 200 yard swim, 9.6 mile bike race, followed by a 2 mile foot race made more difficult this year in the heat of August. But it will be fun for those racing and those watching. If you’re an athlete come join us, and if you’re not come watch.
